- Tsongkhapa Meditation Center
Located in a peaceful forest in the beautiful region of the Laurentians, 45 min north of Montreal, the Tsongkhapa Meditation Center is dedicated to the transmission of the Mahayana Buddhist tradition instituted by the Lama Tsongkhapa.
Under the guidance of his Sprititual Director Zawa Tulku Rinpoche, the mission of the center is to develop Buddhist philosophy in Quebec and in Canada by teaching the Dharma of the Vajrayana of the Tibetan tradition, and by performing all actions in a charitable, philanthropic and voluntary manner while cooperating with other organizations in Canada and the rest of the world, for the happiness of all sentient beings.
The center is a registered charity and operates solely on donations. People of all religious and non-religious backgrounds are welcome at the center to study and practice the Dharma and the meditation methods taught by Buddha to develop inner peace and lead a meaningful life.
